Leaf Collections
Leaf collection for the entire community are April 1st to April 17th in the spring and October 12th to November 27th in the fall.

Branch Collections
Branches are picked up and chipped in the spring from April 22nd to May 1st for Lake County and May 6th to May 15th for Porter County.  In the fall, branches are collected from September 2nd to September 11th for Lake County and September 16th to September 25th for Porter County.  Additionally, the branches may be dropped off at the maintenance lot at 1092 Shoreline Road for chipping during the summer months.
The branch chipper is a high capacity unit.  It can devour logs up to 18 inches in diameter and 30 or more feet in length.  Residents do NOT need to reduce the size of their branches. 

Mulch is made from the chipped branches and is available for FREE to anyone interested.  Call the maintenance department to arrange a delivery to your home.

White Goods Dumpster
A large red dumpster is located in the maintenance barns lot at 1092 Shoreline Road for recycling household appliances like refrigerators and stoves as well as tires. Items can be brought by between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Pet Waste
Pet waste should be cleaned up immediately.  Failure to do so could result in fines (see canine policy).  Further, pet waste can be washed into our lakes during rain storms!

Fertilizer Restrictions
Residents are restricted to phosphate/phosphorus-free fertilizers.  Fertilizer including phosphate/phosphorus are prohibited. (see fertilizer policy).
