Property owners of LOFS are members of the POA as defined by the Restrictive Covenants. Membership has its privileges, among them the use of the golf course, and driving range, use of the two restaurants, club house, and pro-shop, use of the lakes for boating, swimming and fishing, use of the parks and playgrounds, beaches, athletic fields, tennis courts, and swimming pool. Some of the amenities have fees associated with them to partially pay for their use and upkeep. Residents are allowed to have guest participate in these amenities as long as they are accompanied by a member of the POA.
