The election committee is appointed by the LOFS Board of Directors to oversee the election process of the Board on a yearly basis. This committee oversees all aspects of this process including verifying petitions for the Board, publishing biographical information on candidates, mailing ballots to all property owners of record, holding a candidates night at the clubhouse, collecting, verifying and counting the ballots and declaring the winners of the election. Currently there are two members of the board elected in one year and three in the next year for two year terms.
