Our first employee of the year works in the Operations Department. He has been with Lakes of the Four Seasons fulltime for over 19 years. He has demonstrated outstanding dedication to LOFS and the willingness to go the extra mile. This type of dedication is what makes LOFS run and in particular the great maintenance force we have in our community. I have promoted this person as my new Operations Director. Our first employee of the year goes to Tim Copeland.
Our next employee of the year has been with us for a short time of about 3 years. He has proven to be reliable and punctual and has also demonstrated outstanding dedication to LOFS and takes great pride in the work he does and the task at hand. He has completed all training in his department and is certified as an Aquatic applicator with the Indiana State Chemists office. Our next employee of the year goes to the assistant in the Lakes Maintenance department, Paul Borkowski.
