The Maintenance Department is responsible for the care and maintenance of the common areas of LOFS including the roads. LOFS has over 26 miles of roads within its boundaries.
Lake Restoration Project on Lake Holiday
Number 9 Tee Project
The ditch lining the No. 8 fairway and green will be filled and routed west to a sediment trap and filter basin to prevent contaminants from reaching Lake Holiday. The project also includes plantings that will create an environmental area in the drainage ditch crossing the fairway.
Water from the ditch behind the No. 9 tee currently carries excess silt and nutrients to Lake Holiday. The drainage project is the first to attack the problem at one of the many inflow points.
