The recently sanctioned Marketing Committee presented a promotional video of Lakes of the Four Seasons to residents at the August Property Owners Association meeting.
The six-minute video, produced by committee member Ray Foster, showcases a variety of the community's amenities including the golf course, clubhouse, pro shop, swimming pool, and ball fields. It also takes the viewer on a boat ride around Lake Holiday and highlights a number of waterfront properties.
Committee member Ann Campbell explained that the group hoped to fine-tune the video and have a final version completed soon for POA Board approval. "After we receive that approval we would like to print a number of copies and make them available to our residents. We would charge enough over our cost to help fund our committee's future projects-like the printing of brochures about LOFS," said Campbell.
She added that the group would also like to see the video used as a marketing tool for local realtors. "We want potential buyers to understand what we already know-LOFS is a great value. The community has thrived and we have amenities that other home markets don't offer. This video showcases what makes us unique and what makes LOFS a great place to live," said Campbell.
