All people owning property in Lakes of the Four Seasons are accepted as members of the Property Owners Association (POA) as defined in the Restrictive Covenants. The POA holds one open meeting every three months on the fourth Monday at the club house. The meeting is conducted by the Board of Directors, who have been elected by the POA members to serve a two year term. POA members can discuss issues affecting them and the community as a whole at these meetings. A budget for the POA and POA policy is set by the Board of Directors and is also discussed at these open meetings. Being a member of the POA entitles the residents to certain amenities.
