Golf Policies

Welcome to Four Seasons Country Club!

We look forward to serving you as our guest. The following information is provided for you so that will be familiar with our facility and policies prior to your arrival at the course.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding any policies listed please feel free to contact the Golf Shop at 219.988.2201, we want to ensure that your arrival to the course is as comfortable as possible so you can enjoy your round at the facility.

Pace of Play

All groups are required to maintain pace with the group ahead of them and play in no more than 4 hours 15 minutes (2hrs 5min per 9 holes and 5min at the turn). Please enjoy Four Seasons at a pace that allows everyone else to enjoy it as well. If not keeping pace with the group ahead, please allow faster groups to play through.

Cart Restrictions

The golf shop and the informational signs will inform each group of any cart restrictions for the day. If carts are allowed off the paths, players will be asked to cross the fairway at a 90 degree angle. Regardless of the cart restrictions, all golf carts are to remain on the cart paths within 30ft. of all tees and greens unless issued a handicap flag for medical reasoning.

Consideration for Private Property Owners

Players should show consideration for all players and property owners on and around the golf course by refraining from using inappropriate language during the course of play. Due to the fact most of the golf course sits adjacent to Property Owners it is expected that you respect these properties by keeping golf carts clearly on the golf course and away from golf course boundaries at all times. If ever a question as to whether the area is golf course or private property, err on the side of caution and avoid driving in the area.

Practice Facilities

Practice facilities are available for use by members and guests, practice balls can be received at the pro shop. However, due to maintenance of these facilities, these areas may be closed temporarily from time to time.

Course Condition

Please remember to repair ball marks on the greens and replace divots, as well as using the seed bottles provided on each cart and the divot caddies on the tees. Refill stations are provided at the Pro Shop Bag Drop and the hole #1 tee box. Four Seasons Country Club and it's membership ask that you leave the golf course in as good or better shape than you received it to keep our course maintained at its highest.

Appropriate Attire

Shoes and Shirts are required to be worn at all times, the following image outlines clothing allowed to use the facility:

Cell Phone

Please use cell phones discretely. The use of vibration or manner mode is required on the golf course.

Soft Spike Facility

To improve the playing conditions of the golf course, metal cleats are not permitted. Four Seasons can change your metal cleats to soft spikes in the pro shop for a fee. Please allow sufficient time for this to be accomplished prior to event start.

Bag Drop for Large Outings

Parking for larger outings will typically be redirected around for bag service, please look for traffic directions to use the bag drop off location for before parking and an attendant will assist with your clubs.

Locker Rooms

Locker rooms are available for both men and women with shower facilities.
