Golf Outings and Events

The following information explains general group reservation & opportunities as well as other pertinent policies and procedures. All dates and times are limited and subject to course availability; Please call to check on date availability for your event or for further questions.

Event Rates for Outside Outings

Monday Rate: $33.00 per player
Tuesday - Friday Rate: $39.00 per player
Weekend Rate: $43.00 per player

Fees included in rate: Golf and Cart Fees as well as Practice Range Balls

Outing Services Include:
  • Event registration setup.
  • Golf cart staging and event preparation.
  • Professional bag handling service: Receive and Cart Set-up.
  • Professional assistance: Official Scoreboard, Rules Sheet, Scoring and On-course Contests.
  • Complimentary use of locker room and shower facilities.
  • Complimentary practice range setup and use.
  • Player I.D. plates on carts.
  • Scorecards with Player Guides for yardage assistance and Pin Placements.
  • Player Assistants to monitor pace of play.

Certain policies and guarantees with regard to tournament starting times and/or shotgun events are required. Consecutive tee times are at 9-minute intervals with times subject to course availability as determined by the Director of Golf.

Food and Beverage Service:

A separate Food & Beverage Agreement with Wanda McAlvey - 19th Hole Bar and Grille Manager will be required for all events 219-988-2282, or email restmgr@lofs.org. The on-site Seasons Lakehouse Manager, Ramiro Jimenez, will contact you to discuss your food & beverage needs and options if requiring banquet hall services, or you can contact him at 219-988-2582 ext.106, or by email Lakehouse@lofs.org.

Food and beverage service can include:

On-course beverage carts, Garry A. Weiss Pavilion with seating outdoors for 92+ or the Seasons Lakehouse Banquet Hall with seating indoors for 144+.

Our Seasons Lakehouse/19th Hole Restaurant staff will tailor a menu to meet your breakfast, lunch, dinner or reception needs.

Complete payment is due at the conclusion of the event for all charges incurred.

No outside food or beverage will be permitted.

Food and beverage minimums are required for all events involving either.
